Hostgator offers really cheap services, but along with it the cheap tag are bad experiences of your site being shut down without prior notice. What makes it worst is when you give them a call to have this resolved it will take hours before you actually get someone to talk to. They have chat services that is not even good enough to actually for you to get a decent response. Not only do they shut down your site without informing you, they do this and continually bill you. Definitely not a good sign of a trust-worthy company.

When a company gives you thousands of reasons why their services are not as what they had promised then you made the wrong choice. Keeping your site shut down for couple of months and not getting a definite reason why and yet get charged for it? Waste of money. Having a good customer support is one of the important things a company should have and this one totally lost it.
